THINGS TO DO IF YOU GET HUNGRY

A list of things I thought of to do instead of eating:

  1. Listen to dance music and dance your ass off
  2. Discover new bands and memorize their lyrics  (my personal favorites include PTV, SWS, BVB... stuff like that. The screaming helps release anger)
  3. Brush your teeth
  4. Paint your nails
  5. Go on Tumblr (ahem, thinspo)
  6. Try on clothes that you know won't fit so it makes you more determined to not eat
  7. Weigh yourself (the number doesn't lie - you're really that fat)
  8. Circle all of the disgusting fat on your body with black marker
  9. Try new hair\makeup ideas (YouTube has great tutorials)
  10. Write (Poems, songs, short stories, fanfiction, lists, etc)
  11. Read (Libraries are free you know)
  12. Ride your bike to Walgreens and get Redbox movies (This one is sort of personal because my Walgreens is 2 miles away but any near-by movie store works as well)
  13. EXERCISE (Helps get rid of fat faster)
  14. Draw, paint, sketch, weave, sew (Anything crafty that will take your mind off of things)
  15. Finish watching Skins (Again, personal but any TV show you're interested in works)
  16. Hang out with friends (Just spending the night doing anything will take your mind off of food)
  17. Take a walk
  18. Go to the park
  19. Read the labels of the foods you crave and Google the ingredients (nasty, right?)
  20. Play with your pet
  21. Research places you find interesting\want to visit and discover lovely things about them
  22. Take a nap
  23. Play games (Board, video, computer, etc)
  24. Clean (Your house\room\animal's cage can never be too clean)
  25. Drink a glass of water
  26. Watch TV
  27. Drink diet soda
  28. Take a vitamin (your body needs nutrients from something)
  29. Do yoga\polities
  30. Learn a new language
